Job Summary
Establish rapport with clients and families, then design data collection systems to monitor performance and organize client binders. Provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians, ensuring they implement programs and collect data according to BIP recommendations. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports while maintaining accuracy in graphing and progress documentation. Participate in structured clinical team meetings to discuss treatment plans and address concerns, while performing administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board REQUIRED upon hire
- At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience (within 2-tier or 3-tier models)
- In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Patient, compassionate, and approachable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Time management, organization, and documentation
- Must be comfortable with providing direct services
- Willing to work weekends as needed
- Saturday's preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
- Experience with FBAs and report writing is a plus
