Job Summary
Design individualized behavioral programs and supervise ABA service delivery for individuals with autism, including conducting intake evaluations and functional behavior/skills assessments, creating positive treatment and skill acquisition plans, supervising ABA technicians, and communicating results and recommendations to families. Collaborate with families to ensure understanding of assessments and treatment, participate in co-treat sessions with dually certified SLP-BCBAs, engage in a Behavior Treatment Committee, and take advantage of mentorship, ongoing training, and continuing education opportunities. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, ethical care, naturalistic teaching, and career advancement within Lighthouse Autism Center, with a realistic caseload, consistent schedules, quarterly bonuses, and benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
