Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in fully equipped clinics, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients across 28 billable hours per week. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress for ages 2–18, while supervising and developing up to 5 RBTs. Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases, maintain ethical documentation, and uphold compliance with BACB and state guidelines. Work within a supportive, team-focused culture that prioritizes clinical excellence and client-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience
- Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
