BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lanham, MD

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in fully equipped clinics, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients across 28 billable hours per week. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress for ages 2–18, while supervising and developing up to 5 RBTs. Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases, maintain ethical documentation, and uphold compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
