Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and implement behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors with replacement skills. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and interns on ABA therapy principles while collaborating with physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy teams. Manage data collection, submit daily session notes, and handle intake processes including parent interviews and insurance requirements. Assist with outpatient wait lists and attend promotional events for ABA services. Requires 40-hour work week Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with salary starting at $70,000.00. Must maintain current BCBA, LBA, QBS Safety Care, and CPR/First Aid certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain all current certifications including Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), QBS Safety Care and CPR/First Aid
- Strong time management skills and the ability to think quickly in unexpected situations
- Physical demands may include assisting with lifting, holding, or positioning clients with disabilities, sitting or stooping on the floor for extended periods of time, standing or bending over repeatedly throughout the day, and assisting with living skills such as feeding, toileting, showering and/or dressing
- Running one-on-one sessions with clients in the event that RBTs are not available
