Job Summary

Conduct assessments using VB-Mapp, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions to create individualized, research-based client programs. Analyze client progress, update programs as needed, and lead weekly parent training meetings and progress updates. Supervise interns, trainers, and RBTs in-center and in-home while writing protocols for trainees. Manage insurance correspondence, pre-auth requests, and intake, ensuring all services adhere to pre-authorized schedules and are properly documented. Perform safety management and attend weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training. Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, with 1-2 days remote as per schedule. Maintain BACB and state certifications, BLS/CPR, and an updated CAQH account.

Required Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification
  • State Certification
  • BLS / CPR certification
  • NPI number
  • QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
  • updated CAQH account
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
  • Maintains client privacy by HIPAA laws
  • Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
  • Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
  • Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
  • Should be able write protocols for Trainers/Interns
  • Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm
  • 1-2 days remote as per schedule
  • Expect minimum of 28 billable hours weekly
