Job Summary
Provide behavior analysis services to clients in natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings. Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans while conducting assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions. Analyze data to identify trends and modify treatments, collaborating with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate records of client progress and services provided. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $85-$105 with flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in the Asheville, NC area.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACBA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
