Job Summary
Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings. Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals. Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions, then analyze data to identify trends and patterns for treatment modifications. Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining accurate records of client progress. Requires Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and minimum 2 years of experience. Competitive hourly rate of $85-$105 with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACBA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
