Required Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland or eligibility for it upon hire
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a BCBA
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good organizational and coordinative ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
