Job Summary
BCBA position at Autism 360’s new Huntersville location (in partnership with Five Filly Farm) offering an innovative farm- and nature-based ABA program for engaging, real-world skill-building. Responsibilities include developing programming that integrates animal interaction, gardening and environmental learning, outdoor therapeutic activities, movement-based skill building, and diverse sensory experiences while emphasizing generalization and clinician well-being. The center features outdoor learning spaces, sensory-friendly environments, individualized and group therapy rooms, and rotating environments to support clinician growth and outcomes. Competitive compensation with salary range $90,000-$100,000 and up to $16,000 annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.
