Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in virtual, in-home, or daycare settings for children on the autism spectrum. Lead and instruct therapists while applying ABA techniques and graphing procedures to support client treatment. Provide clinical support and training to enhance care delivery. Circle Care Services offers mentorship, flexible daytime hours, and free CEUs. Full-time staff receive medical, dental, and vision insurance plus two weeks of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists
