Job Summary
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide clinical oversight for ABA programs, supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs and skill assessments, develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, review data, ensure treatment integrity, provide parent and caregiver training, collaborate with families, schools, and other providers, complete documentation in a timely manner, and maintain compliance with BACB ethics and Georgia regulations in a fully remote role serving children and families across Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Must reside in Georgia
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote role
- Preferred: One or more years of experience as a BCBA
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience providing telehealth supervision
- Experience with insurance-funded ABA services
