Job Summary
BCBA in a school-based ABA program at Gersh Autism located in Issaquah, WA, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and no travel. The role involves conducting assessments, developing IEP or treatment goals, writing behavior intervention plans, designing and implementing effective ABA interventions, and continuously evaluating progress for students on the caseload. Responsibilities include growing clinical practice through training staff, supervising BCBA/BCaBA candidates and RBTs, collaborating with teachers and other specialists, utilizing ACE software for data collection and curriculum delivery, and ensuring safety during interventions. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00a-3:45p onsite at the Issaquah school (may support Bellevue, WA as needed). Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, WA LBA licensure, minimum 1 year BCBA experience, and experience with VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/FBA, with CPI training preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with the Washington Department of Health
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working as a BCBA
- Experience supervising BCaBAs and/or Behavior Technicians (CBT/RBT) required
- Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA, etc.)
- Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training required by the BACB
- One year of experience working with insurance companies and treatment planning preferred
- Experience working with older individuals (high school through adult) preferred
- Experience with CPI (therapeutic hold) training preferred
