Job Summary
Part-time BCBA in Brevard, NC. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and designing positive behavior support plans, coaching and mentoring RBTs, monitoring progress with data-driven adjustments, and collaborating with families and the internal clinical team to support child outcomes. Includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months of client service and mileage reimbursement from the start. Fresh grads welcome. Qualifications require a Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) and BCBA certification; LBA certification highly preferred; experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. In-person role based in Brevard, NC.
