Job Summary
Provide high-quality, home-based ABA services to a full caseload of clients in Indiana; lead or assist in the development of individualized treatment plans and supervise Behavior Technicians. Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, plan and coordinate staff efforts to meet client IEP/IFSP objectives, implement program curricula, and ensure clinical effectiveness. Manage daily data on client status and progress; provide direct services and coaching to clients and their parents to ensure skill generalization. For BCBA, lead, and for BCaBA, assist/implement under supervision. Prepare annual program evaluations and data-driven recommendations. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCaBA credential
- BCBA: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (Required)
- BCaBA: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Required)
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA methodologies
- Ability to supervise and train Behavior Technicians
- Demonstrated data collection and reporting skills
