Job Summary
BCBA needed to empower families and lead ABA services in Apex, NC. You’ll investigate and innovate by conducting FBAs and designing positive behavior support plans tailored to each child, lead and mentor RBTs and staff in proactive strategies and deescalation techniques, and pivot with data by monitoring progress to ensure milestone achievements. Collaboration with families and our internal clinical team will be key to building an ecosystem of success. This part-time role includes a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after six months of client service and mileage reimbursement from the start, with room to grow.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in ABA (or related field)
- current BCBA certification
- LBA certification highly preferred
- experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
