Job Summary
BCBA opportunity with ABA Journey in Georgia. Remote role serving children and families across Georgia; full-time salaried position with clinical leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and behavioral assessments, developing individualized ABA treatment plans, designing behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, ensuring treatment integrity, reviewing data, providing parent/caregiver training, and collaborating with families, schools, and other providers; maintaining documentation and compliance with BACB ethics and Georgia regulations. Requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a relevant field, and residency in Georgia; strong ABA knowledge, communication, leadership, and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Must reside in Georgia
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote role
- Preferred: One or more years of experience as a BCBA (optional for this field but may be reflected in preferences)
- Experience supervising RBTs (preferred)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred)
- Experience providing telehealth supervision (preferred)
- Experience with insurance-funded ABA services (preferred)
