Job Summary
Conduct ABA programming and assessments on the Specialized Pediatric Unit, including administering ADOS. Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates while training new staff on ABA techniques. Facilitate daily team meetings, attend required staff meetings, and complete yearly mandatory in-services. Maintain licensure in good standing and stay current on treatment advances to set appropriate goals. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Flexible schedule with possible weekends or evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
- Must maintain license or certification in good standing
- Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with working with adolescent population
- Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient
- Must be able to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisor
- Must be available for flexible schedule including possible weekends or evenings
