Job Summary
Manage a small, quality-focused caseload by conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs while analyzing client progress to make data-driven clinical decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers, ensuring compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements. Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner. Enjoy 75% remote flexibility with approximately 25% in-person supervision, supported by dedicated administrative teams handling scheduling, authorizations, and intake. No on-call responsibilities are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
