Job Summary

Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients while mentoring and supporting behavior technicians. Write reports, conduct clinical reviews with funding sources, and attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training. Treat client safety as a top priority, consult with clients for continuous program direction, and analyze data to make data-based decisions. Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment principles and conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings. Reasonable 20-hour minimum weekly billable target with quarterly bonus opportunities up to 12K. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
  • Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the U.S.
