Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments including VB-Mapp, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions to create and update individualized, research-based client programs. Supervise interns, trainers, and RBTs in-center and in-home while managing a maximum caseload of 13 clients. Lead weekly parent training meetings, progress updates, and staff meetings, ensuring all services adhere to pre-authorized schedules and proper documentation. Handle insurance correspondence, intake, and safety management while maintaining HIPAA compliance and ethical guidelines. Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4 pm with 1-2 days of remote work available.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA Certification
- State Certification
- BLS / CPR certification
- NPI number
- QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
- updated CAQH account
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
- Maintains client privacy by HIPAA laws
- Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
- Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
- Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
- Should be able to write protocols for Trainers/Interns
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4 pm
- 1-2 days remote as per schedule
