Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians while collaborating with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency. Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary, and maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards. This role supports Little Rays ABA's mission to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder reach their fullest potential through evidence-based treatment and strong community partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing

- Passion for helping children with ASD and their families
- Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment
