Job Summary
Lead BCBA Clinical Director in Minnesota clinics: conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on caseload; supervise, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and staff; analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize progress; partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure ABA strategies are applied at home; collaborate with teammates to foster belonging and inclusion; growth through a defined pathway from BCBA to Lead BCBA to Senior BCBA to CD and beyond; requirement to relocate to Minnesota clinics with no remote/hybrid options.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards
- State license, as required
- Willingness to relocate to one of our Minnesota clinics
- Willingness to work in a clinic environment - no hybrid options are currently available
