Job Summary
Lead, supervise, and mentor a treatment team of therapists while setting performance goals with clients and guardians. Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, design treatment programs, and write FBAs and progress reports. Determine implementation techniques, oversee accurate client data, and train Behavior Interventionists through direct coaching. Provide parent consultation, model procedures, and monitor programs in the field or clinic. Report directly to the Clinical Director with autonomy to choose hours, caseload, and setting. Requires BCBA® certification, M.A./M.S. degree, and people-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification (or pursuing certification)
- Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program design for children of varying skill levels
- M.A. / M.S. in a related field
- Proven people-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and administrative skills
- Full physical dexterity/agility to perform required movements (bending, kneeling, typing, etc.)
- Sufficient vision to carry out duties
- Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5 to 50 lbs.)
