Job Summary
Conduct telehealth supervision sessions and complete monthly in-person client visits to oversee Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and documentation maintenance while collaborating with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs within Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee counties. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible hires, supporting professional growth in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active LARA License
- Reliable transportation for in-person visits
