Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit monthly, offers up to $80/hour, and includes a dedicated Success Manager for licensure support.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
