Job Summary
Manage assigned clinical cases while ensuring quality and consistency of care, and conduct quality reviews of ABA services to uphold ethical, effective, and person-centered treatment. Support day-to-day clinical operations by collaborating with the Area Director to develop clinic goals, systems, and strategic initiatives, while supervising Program Supervisors and Lead Behavior Technicians through mentorship, task delegation, and professional development. Oversee the Behavior Analyst in Training Program, co-host staff meetings, and provide ongoing training. Partner with internal departments including Human Resources to ensure credentialing and regulatory compliance, and build relationships with families, caregivers, and funding sources.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified
- Masters degree
- Two to four years of experience
