Job Summary
Conduct behavioral analysis services for children with autism in-home and community settings under direct supervision from the Executive Director and Clinical Director. Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Requires current BCBA certification, a master's degree in psychology or special education, and proficiency in Central Reach systems. Part-time or full-time hybrid roles available Monday through Friday with optional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
- Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
