Job Summary
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans while analyzing behavioral data to guide interventions. Provide caregiver training and family support, and supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure effective service delivery. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive salary, with weekly 1:1 coaching and up to 4 weeks of PTO. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- State licensure
- Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
