Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child while utilizing cutting-edge data collection software to evaluate and update client progress reports. Lead and guide Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional direct services through a collaborative approach with families and fellow clinicians. Engage with a cross-functional team of over 400 Board Certified Behavior Analysts to ensure high-quality care. This role requires valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, experience in developing client programs, and leadership skills for training entry-level staff. Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually plus performance incentives.

Required Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification: Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • LBA: Licensed Behavior Analyst in Arizona or started the process of obtaining licensure
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within the ABA industry
  • Leadership Skills: Possess enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff
  • Compliance: Meet requirements for criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations
