Job Summary
Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans while supervising behavior technicians and case supervisors. Conduct functional behavior assessments, update client programs, and track progress through comprehensive quality documentation. Provide parent coaching and support to families navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder services. Mentor staff members and lead monthly training sessions to share best practices and stay current with research. Maintain close collaboration with the Clinical Director to shape compassionate, high-quality care for children and adolescents.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
- Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
