Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism, managing caseloads of 10-12 clients with no weekend requirements. Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services while participating in sensory-friendly community events and local partnerships. Support future BCBAs through supervision and mentorship, utilizing clinical and administrative support to maintain focus on core responsibilities. This role offers a guaranteed first-year compensation of $102,000-$105,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus plan and a signing bonus. Candidates must hold a Master's degree and BCBA certification (or be in progress). ABS Kids provides a culture where BCBAs support one another, with opportunities for transfer across 20+ centers and tailored growth paths.
