Job Summary
BCBA position at ABS Kids with a guaranteed first-year salary of $94,500-$99,400, uncapped monthly bonus, signing bonus and paid relocation. Set your own schedule with no weekends required and a manageable caseload (10-12 clients per BCBA). Transfer opportunities across 20+ centers and strong local leadership. Requires Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress). Responsibilities include delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism and their families, supervising and mentoring future BCBAs, collaborating with a supportive clinical and administrative team, and participating in community outreach and partnerships. Required Qualifications
