Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and their families, managing caseloads of 10-12 clients per Behavioral Analyst. Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA interventions while participating in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships. Support supervision and mentor future BCBAs as needed within a collaborative team culture. Maintain flexible scheduling with no weekend requirements and stay local to your home. Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
