Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism and their families, managing caseloads of 10-12 clients while maintaining ethical standards. Deliver high-quality interventions through sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics participation, and local partnerships. Set your own schedule with no weekend requirements and stay local to your home. Guaranteed first-year compensation of $102,500 includes an uncapped monthly bonus plan, signing bonus, and paid relocation support. Enjoy 25 paid days off in Year 1, a wellness spending account, and CEU stipends. Join a team of BCBAs led by BCBAs with opportunities for transfer across 20+ centers and internal promotion.
