Job Summary
Lead the NDE/M&P engineering team across Boeing's Tukwila, WA and North Charleston, SC sites, directing technology development, manufacturing technology reviews, liaison support, qualifications, and supply chain activities. Drive team development through first-level managers, manage budgeting, staffing, and metrics to evaluate business health, and inspire a culture aligned with Boeing values. Collaborate with Program M&P Teams, Quality, Quality Engineering, MATES, and Production Engineering 3DM on priorities and technology insertions. Travel between sites approximately 20% to support cross-site operations and integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 1+ years of experience in Materials & Processing Engineering
