BC- Warehouse/ Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles while maintaining proficiency in all shipping and receiving procedures. Pick and put-away all product types, ensuring accurate inventory verification and reporting on stock locations, model numbers, and handling instructions. Process store entry stock transfers and uphold company health and safety, security, and operational policies. Respond to customer inquiries, offer solutions, and follow up to identify and support needs, promoting loyalty through exceptional support. Review order reports daily and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- Able to handle heavy lifting exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis (loading of appliances and bedding products)
- Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment an asset
- Experience operating forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks an asset
