BC- Warehouse/ Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles while maintaining proficiency in all shipping and receiving procedures. Pick and put away all product types, ensuring accurate knowledge of stock locations, model numbers, and handling instructions. Verify and report on inventory to ensure accuracy in report generation, and process store entry stock transfers. Respond to customer inquiries with solutions, follow up to support needs, and promote loyalty through exceptional support. Review and follow up on order reports daily. Uphold all company health and safety, security, and operational policies. This role reports to the Operations Manager within a dynamic retail environment focused on career growth and team spirit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- Able to handle heavy lifting exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis (loading of appliances and bedding products)
- Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment an asset
- Experience operating forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks an asset
