Job Summary
Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Brick products and services. Establish rapport quickly to thrive in a commission-driven sales environment and work collaboratively to meet both common and personal team goals. Utilize strong communication skills to solve problems and find solutions in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
