Job Summary
Licensed Pilates instructors needed for private, semi-private, and group sessions at our Santa Monica location who is available to work in the evenings. On-Call role with certification required and a minimum of 2 years' experience teaching private, semi-private, and group classes. Must be able to demonstrate reformer instructions and maintain an energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style. Candidates should be punctual, reliable, and dedicated, with strong customer-service and communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment is sanitized and in good working order, maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment. Pay Rate: $17.87 + Commission.
Required Qualifications
- Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching private, semi-private, and group classes
- Ability to demonstrate effective reformer instructions
- Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
- Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
- Visually inspecting equipment prior to each class to ensure it is sanitized and safe
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment
