Job Summary
As an Outby Foreman, you will oversee underground coal mining operations by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. You must have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to uphold safety and quality standards. Physical requirements include the ability to perform tasks in challenging underground conditions, including standing for long periods and lifting with safety compliance.
