BC/BE Urologists

Urologist sought to join Beacon Medical Group in Elkhart, IN as a full-time physician. The right candidate will help develop a new surgical urology service line, participate in a mix of clinic (3 days) and scheduled surgeries (1–1.5 days), and take call every 3rd weekend and every 3rd day. The role includes performing cystoscopy and transrectal ultrasounds, and opportunities to use DaVinci robotic surgery. Leadership/teaching opportunities include affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine at Notre Dame and Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency, allowing teaching of residents and medical students. The practice comprises 3 Urologists and 2 NPs within a multi-specialty Beacon Health System group, located in Elkhart with a Level III Trauma Center, offering a collaborative environment and potential for growth in clinical operations and technology.
