Job Summary
Join Beacon Medical Group as a full-time BC/BE Urologist in Elkhart, IN, to help develop a new surgical urology service line. The role involves both clinic and surgical responsibilities with in-office diagnostic testing (cystoscopy and transrectal ultrasounds) and participation in a call schedule (every 3rd weekend and every 3rd day). The physician will work in a collaborative, team-based environment within a Level III Trauma Center, with opportunities to teach residents and medical students and to contribute to physician recruitment. The practice supports DaVinci robotic surgery and offers exposure to hybrid/advanced operating room capabilities, in addition to affiliations with local academic and residency programs. The community offers a family-friendly environment with access to regional medical education partnerships and a broad multi-specialty platform.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Urologist
- Fellowship training is desired but not required
- Open to established physicians and new graduates
- Ability to participate in call schedule (every 3rd weekend, 3rd day)
- Desire to contribute to development of a new surgical urology service line
- Willingness to engage in teaching residents and medical students
