Job Summary
Conduct primary and elective PCI service at the Brockton Hospital Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory while managing the Advanced Heart Failure Program, including a dedicated post-discharge clinic and Anticoagulation Management Service. Lead a cardiology department of four non-invasive cardiologists, two interventionists, and three Advance Practice Practitioners, with one in five hospital service weeks and rounding by two Advance Practice Providers on in-patient care. Maintain the cardiac rehabilitation program on campus and coordinate with visiting electrophysiologists from the affiliate. Full-time employment includes four clinical and one administrative day, with a typical 1:5 hospital call schedule. Requires an unrestricted Massachusetts State Medical License, completed Cardiology Fellowship, BC/BE Cardiovascular Disease certification, and board certification or eligibility in Nuclear cardiology and echocardiography.
