Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, at either the Patriot Primary Care location in Yorktown or the Elizabeth Lakes location in Hampton. Deliver services within a collegial environment supported by a large, integrated health system led by physician leadership. Collaborate closely with subspecialists across neurosurgery, nephrology, cardiology, and other disciplines while utilizing Epic links to connect with all OP & IP facilities throughout Riverside Health.
