Job Summary
Manage a 450-member panel in a Direct Primary Care model, providing high-quality family medicine with reduced volume and time constraints. Deliver care focused on building patient relationships, education, and timely access while working a maximum of 36 hours in-office per week. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
- BC/BE in family medicine
- Licensed or able to become licensed in Missouri and Kansas
- At least 2 years of experience in family practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Value spending time developing relationship with and educating patients
- Place high priority on patient experience, customer service and timely access to physician care
