Job Summary
BC/BE Dermatologists sought for Princeton Dermatology Associates across five Central New Jersey locations (Princeton, Plainsboro, North Brunswick, Monroe Township, Hillsborough). Full-time position with part-time options, strong incentives, paid malpractice, comprehensive benefits, and a pathway to partnership. Ideal candidates have excellent clinical and surgical dermatology skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment; NJ licensure/credentialing welcomed. Compensation includes guaranteed base salary of $400,000 for full-time, sign-on bonus, production incentive based on net collections, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, insurance, PTO, CME, and potential teaching engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology
- New Jersey medical license or eligible for licensure
- Willingness to pursue partnership track
