Full-time physician dermatology opportunity with potential for long-term partnership at Princeton Dermatology Associates in Central New Jersey. Competitive compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $400,000 for the first two years, a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates, and a production incentive based on net collections. Benefits include paid malpractice insurance, medical/dental/vision insurance, vacation, CME allowance, 401k with safe harbor matching, and a multi-year track toward partnership. The successful candidate should possess excellent clinical and surgical dermatology skills, strong bedside manner, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Locations include five Central NJ offices in Princeton, Plainsboro, North Brunswick, Monroe Township, and Hillsborough, all within a reasonable commute from NYC/Philly. There are also opportunities for clinical teaching engagements and additional incentives for supervising midlevel providers. Local credentialing and NJ licensure are welcomed expectations.
