Job Summary
Open to a full-time dermatologist with partnership potential in Princeton, NJ. The practice seeks physicians who are board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology, with excellent clinical and surgical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative, professional environment. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary (Year 1 & 2), sign-on bonus, production incentives based on net collections, and a comprehensive benefits package (malpractice, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, CME allowance, 401k with Safe Harbor matching). The practice offers a 2-year track toward partnership and opportunities for clinical teaching engagements; incentive structures extend to supervising midlevels and other staff.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Dermatology certification
- Current New Jersey medical license or eligibility
- Willingness to participate in a partnership track
- Strong clinical and surgical dermatology skills
