Job Summary
Seeking BC/BE Anesthesiologists to join Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in Upstate South Carolina. The role involves providing anesthesia care at four facilities, including Level 1 trauma and community hospitals, with a department that covers General and Cardiac Anesthesiology. Case mix includes General, Plastics, OB/GYN, Urology, Ortho, Vascular, ENT, Neuro, Thoracic, Regional Anesthesia, and occasional NICU cases. Subspecialty call is split by the teams, with in-house night and weekend call; medical direction up to 1:4. Must be able to cover a broad anesthesia workload across facilities.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Anesthesiologist
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- ability to provide anesthesia in general and cardiac cases
- experience with diverse case mix including OB, plastics, ortho, trauma, neuro, GYN, vascular
- ability to participate in on-call coverage (nights and weekends)
- compliance with hospital credentialing and medical staff criteria
