Job Summary
Lead cross-functional governance and transformation programs in Business Banking Risk, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivering high-priority projects across risk, controls, and operations. Drive change management plans, establish governance routines, and partner with 2LOD to strengthen risk and control frameworks. Prepare executive-ready updates and decision materials, influence diverse stakeholder groups, monitor regulatory and market changes, and define/track KPIs and benefits to ensure sustainable control health. Mentor project teams and contribute to governance and delivery best practices, leveraging data-driven problem solving and collaboration across lines of business. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering large, cross-functional projects or programs in financial services within project management, risk management, or transformation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong risk and controls acumen with hands-on experience working with 2LOD and implementing robust control frameworks.
- Proven change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption measurement.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience preparing and presenting to senior leadership.
- Track record of creative problem-solving and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions.
